Dave Lynn brings decades of hands-on experience in residential development, property rehabilitation, and real estate investment. He began working in residential development in 1992 and has spent his career focused on improving homes with an eye toward long-term value, structural integrity, and thoughtful design.

Dave’s background in rehabilitating properties gives him a practical, detail-oriented approach to real estate. He understands what makes a home function well—both behind the scenes and on the surface—which allows him to guide clients with confidence, honesty, and clarity. Whether advising on a sale, a purchase, or the management of an investment property, Dave approaches every decision with care and experience.

As a local owner and active member of the Ojai community, Dave is deeply committed to maintaining the character of the area while helping clients make sound real estate decisions that serve their long-term goals.

Realtor, Executive Assistant

Kellye Lynn a life long resident of Ojai has worked for Coldwell Banker and Liv Sotheby's for the last 8 years and now is helping OPG with sales and lease. She and her husband Dave have been transforming houses into homes one at a time in the valley. Inspired by her love of the Ojai Valley, she focuses on restoring Ojai’s older homes one property at a time. This allows her to put her time, energy and experience into transforming each house into a beautifully remodeled or new home.

Office Manager, Realtor, Property Manager

Valerie has been a realtor and a property manager for 7 years. She joined Ojai Property Group in 2021 as our office manager, bringing her established experience in property management to our team. Born and raised in Ojai, she has a true passion for the community and the people who live here. Helping clients, family, and friends fulfill their real estate needs is the most rewarding part of her job. Valerie lives in Ojai with her husband Brian and their daughter. She cannot imagine a better place to live, work, and enjoy life.

Receptionist

Molly joined Ojai Property Group in 2022. She grew up in Ojai where home renovations and flipping houses were a part of her upbringing. She went to CSUCI and now lives in Santa Barbara. Being from Ojai, she loves the outdoors and the beautiful community she grew up in. Molly is excited to serve in her hometown and learn and grow in property management.

Genevieve Gould is an Ojai Native, in fact her three children are 4th generation Ojaians! Genevieve loves this valley and knows it like the back of her hand, every road, every home, every restaurant, every school and hiking trail! Reputation is important in a small town. Genevieve prides herself on being trustworthy, hardworking, ethical, knowledgeable, determined, diligent and dedicated to her clients, "See ya around town!"

Accounts Payable

Lauren joined Ojai Property Group in 2022 to manage accounts payable and has had an immediate impact on our operations. She was born and raised in Ojai with multi-generational roots, and has a deep love for the community. With over 7 years of previous experience as a personal banker, as well as several years managing accounts payable for a prominent construction company, Lauren has a knack for numbers and prides herself on attention to detail. Lauren is married to her high school sweetheart and has three children who now represent a 7th generation of Ojai natives.

Broker, Realtor

Janice Van Bever, the Corporate Secretary of Ojai Property Group, Inc. is our designated Real Estate Broker and has been licensed since 1980. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticultural Science from California Polytechnic University  in 2003 and has worked in real estate sales, both residential and commercial property management, environmental permitting and landscape design.  She has a passion for collecting unusual plants, playing pickleball and her family.
